I’ve been walking past DYAFA for ages as I live just round the corner and it always looks good everytime I do.

Recently, I took the kids for some food and we had a really nice meal. The food is good, traditional Moroccan food (and some other bits, like burgers) and the owners are always friendly and welcoming.

A great place for traditional Moroccan food.

La comida riquísima, el mejor kebab de ternera que he probado en mi vida, la carne es carne de verdad y no esa que viene preparada para kebab. Los dulces también estaban riquísimos. Se nota que todo es casero y además el personal encantador. Y el local super limpio. Me encantó, volveré.

I’m at the Dyafa restaurant in Estepona. We’ve eaten lamb shanks and two roasted lamb shoulders. Everything was spectacular and delicious. We recommend it 100%.

Honestly, without exaggeration, I don’t like eating anywhere other than Dyafa. The service is fantastic, very friendly, I love it. They’re super clean, fast, and the food is amazing. Laila is very professional; I feel right at home. The couscous, harira, tacos, tagine, kebab, sweets—everything is delicious. Thank you all for the great service. I definitely recommend it.

DYAFA mostly serves Moroccan dishes, but there are some options too, like burgers.

Things like the Cous Cous and Tagines are absolutely delicious.

La ubicación

DYAFA is situated in the “new town” which is also known as the Moroccan quarter. Here you’ll find many more Moroccan restaurants and places that are far more reasonably priced than the old town.

It’s easy to find, as it’s just up from City Hall (The Ayuntamiento) and only a short walk from the beach.
