I’ve only been to this Ice Cream shop once but when I did the experience was good.

The ice cream was delicious. I visited with my family and we all tried different flavors. Everyone was happy and enjoyed their selection.

They are located on Calle Real, right next to a beautiful little square. The shop isn’t very big, but there are a few tables out the front.

Certainly worth checking out!

Honestly, if you’re Spanish and want to have a coffee and breakfast on a random Friday to relax and enjoy the weekend, I recommend you don’t come to this place.

Three years ago, the Italiana experience was wonderful. Ice cream, fast service, delicious coffee.

But my partner and I went this morning for breakfast, and I, at least, was quite annoyed. To begin with, there weren’t enough customers to justify making us wait. We waited five minutes for the menu and another 15 minutes to be served. Finally, I noticed that about six tables of foreign families (no exaggeration) who arrived after us already had their coffees, desserts, and breakfasts on their tables.

For me, this was a complete lack of respect. It’s as if priority is given only to one type of clientele, and it seems that in this case, it’s foreigners or “tourists.”

I’ve never left this type of review in other restaurants where the situation has been exactly the same, but as a customer, I’m fed up with seeing this treatment of locals who just want to enjoy a coffee or breakfast.

Do we deserve to wait? Do we have to stay silent when you serve more than five tables that arrived after us, before us? Don’t we have priority?

Apparently not. I hope this situation is resolved as soon as possible in the tourism industry, because some shouldn’t be treated better or worse than others.

The quality is still very good. Prices have gone up a bit, like everywhere else, but the crepes are still fantastic, and there’s nowhere else in town that makes them like this. It’s always packed, and the location is a big plus. The service is perhaps a little less organized than before, but overall, we keep coming back because we like it.

Unfortunately, it has gone from being a landmark and meeting place in Estepona for its quality and service, where you had to wait for a table, to one of the worst since the previous employees left and others arrived who serve whenever they feel like it and walk right past you, making you feel invisible because they see the empty table and don’t ask if you’ve ordered, at most saying they’ll be right back. Yesterday, Sunday, with only 2 or 3 tables occupied outside, we waited 18 minutes to be served, even though a waitress who was always muttering under her breath and a young waiter who seemed angry at the world were wandering around aimlessly, until a young man who seemed to be the manager came and when we expressed our complaint, he looked at us silently and gave us a blank expression and nothing more.

The Ice Cream is really good with a wonderfully creamy texture.

The Location

Located on Calle Real and between two squares, it’s in a good place to enjoy ice cream.

It’s not a big shop and they don’t have any inside space and only a few tables outside.
