Paralelo 36 is a functional bar right on the seafront. I’ve visited it a few times, but only for a drink, I’ve never tried the food here.
It does drinks well however, with a large outside seating area, a great view of the Mediterranean Sea and good service. My favorite time to visit is in the early evening as you can catch the last of the days sun and you’ll often find one of the best street performers in Estepona playing.
Great for a beachfront drink and some evening sun.

Comimos una tapa de serranito muy rica.
He leído comentarios donde no dejan sentarse con helados pero en mi caso mis hijos se sentaron a comer galletas y no hubo ningún problema.
We had to ask if they could bring us some snacks since every table had them and we didn’t. The surprise came when we asked for the bill, and they charged us €6.50! A real steal for two sodas and small bottles. Good customer service.
Would I go back? Probably not. I’d try other places.
The Food

It just doesn’t look like the place to eat. It’s a bar!

The Location
The location is the best thing about the place. Right on the front next to a delightful square.
There are lots of tables outside, but it’s often busy, especially in the summer. When it’s busy the service can suffer too.
They are open from 9am in the morning right through to midnight.
