I love a good burger! And the burgers at Buca Burger a good. Really good.

This spot has become a local favourite for a reason: great quality, fair prices, and always a friendly welcome.

I’m a big fan of the smash burgers. Thin, crispy around the edges, and packed with flavour when you add the sauce, cheese, and bun. So good.

A proper burger spot that gets it right every time. Great value, tasty food, and a laid-back local crowd.

We arrived as a group of five, followed shortly after by another group of seven. They told us they would only set up one table for us because they felt bad about the next group not getting one. I understand they wanted to serve them too, but all customers should be served properly IN ORDER OF ARRIVAL. They set our table, and one of us had to go get the chairs because they immediately went to set up the tables for the group that arrived after us. We told another colleague of our dissatisfaction, and she replied in a rude and stupid way, “THAT’S YOUR OPINION. YOU CAN LEAVE IF YOU WANT,” when we explained that the service was terrible and that they should have set up our table properly first and then the next group, even if they had to wait five minutes. Shortly after, we got up, frustrated, and to top it all off, the waitress started laughing at us with the group of seven. We were really looking forward to trying their burgers, but their service couldn’t have been worse. I can’t rate the food because I didn’t have time to try it. We won’t be back!

One star because I can’t give less, and the food was terrible because we couldn’t even try it. There were five of us, and they set up a table for us, telling us to squeeze in a bit because they felt bad about leaving a table that arrived after us… We understand what they’re saying, but what they should have done is serve customers properly in order of arrival and let the next table wait a little longer to be seated. To top it all off, we mentioned the situation to a different waitress, and she rudely told us that if that was our opinion, we could leave, which we did. And to make matters worse, when we got up, she laughed in our faces with the other table. We won’t be back, and it’s a shame because we were really looking forward to trying the food. They’ve lost customers for trying to make more money. They certainly don’t offer an affordable menu, especially when it’s not like five people can eat poorly at a tiny table.

Buca Burger delivers fresh ingredients, quick service, and big flavour. Everything’s made to order, and you can taste it.

For me, the smash burgers are the stars: thin, crispy, and full of flavour with cheese, sauce, and a soft bun that ties it all together.

The Location

Buca Burger sits just off Estepona’s seafront, a short walk from the paseo. The nearest Plaza is ABC, just up the road.

There’s indoor seating and a few tables outside where you can soak up the local buzz.

The tables are very close to the road, and there is a little bit of traffic. They’re closed on Mondays
