🌧️ There is lots of inside space at Mom so it’s a good place for coffee, breakfast or lunch when it’s raining.

I’ve only been to Mom once and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
There isn’t much outside space but inside you’ll find an airy courtyard with well-done decor.
The food is very good quality, but maybe a little expensive.
A great place for brunch!

The bread is delicious and the eggs are just right. Beautiful and quiet place, where you can have a conversation without having to shout. Perfect location in the center and with a lot of charm ✨
I had read a different review complaining that their eggs benedict was served cold, but I always give restaurants the benefit of the doubt. Mistakes are made. I’ll give them a chance. But mine was too. It was the salmon that did it. It seemed as if they took cold salmon out of the refrigerator and put it straight onto the bread then put the egg on top. Then that, of course, made my eggs, bread and then the hollandaise sauce cold.
I ate half of one egg and stopped. I waited 12 minutes and no one ever came to check on me and try as I might I couldn’t get anyone’s attention but the people at the table next to me. I ate my tomatoes that were served on the side. Five more minutes passed and still no one came. I was just sitting there clearly not eating my meal. I was soooooooo hungry. I finally gave up and ate the other half of one egg. After that I could not finish the other egg. Cold eggs benedict is simply not appealing in the slightest.
After 22 minutes when I was finally able to get the server’s attention I told her my food was served cold, I did not like it, I was ready to leave. She asked me if I wanted to take it home. Why would I want to take something I didn’t like home with me? So I can cook it properly? I’m already a good cook. The whole point of my treat-myself-Sunday-mornings is so I don’t have to cook! She brought me the check and proudly told me she had taken half off. I guess that’s because I had eaten half the food? That’s only because I was extremely hungry and was left ignored at my table for over 20 minutes.
I did like the coffee. I had a cafe con leche and there was nothing wrong with it. Once again, it’s priced for tourists but look at where you are. I’m not complaining about the prices. I’m only making sure you know what to expect. The interior design is beautiful. I wish I could say I loved the place. It is definitely the type of place I would visit every Sunday morning. Instead I am writing this from my second restaurant this morning. I will not be returning when there are so many amazing places to choose from in town.
