I only discovered this place recently after visiting the wonderful art studio next door.
I was told it was the place for breakfast so I had to stop by for breakfast and was seriously impressed.
The place was busy but still had a really relaxed, modern vibe—and the staff were super friendly.
I had a tasty breakfast, followed by one of the best cheesecakes I’ve had in a while. Light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet.
Add in a great coffee and it turned into a pretty perfect morning. Definitely a spot I’ll be going back to.
A wonderful place for brunch. You must try it!

After a morning spent wandering through the vibrant stalls of the Sunday Marina Market, we were looking for the perfect spot to refuel, and Umami22 absolutely delivered. Though it was our first time visiting, the convenient location and welcoming vibe made us feel like regulars immediately.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles that set the tone for the entire meal. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, perfectly complemented by stunning, 5-star views along the beach.
We started our morning with a perfectly crafted cortado and a refreshing smoothie, followed by two standout platters:
• The Breakfast Platter: Featuring eggs, crispy bacon, and savory chicken sausage.
• The 3 Mini Pancake Platter: Light, fluffy, and beautifully presented.
The presentation was lovely, and the flavors were even better—everything tasted incredibly fresh. To top it all off, we couldn’t leave without trying their “World Famous” Cheesecake, which lived up to every bit of the hype.
With impeccable service and a backdrop that captures the best of the Estepona coast, this is a gem worth seeking out. Whether you’re a local or just passing through after the market, do yourself a favor and pull up a chair.

The Food
The have a really good range of food for both breakfast and lunch.
You’ll find English Breakfasts and healthy salads so your sure to find something you like
You have to try the cheesecake. It’s soo creamy!
The Location
Umami22 is in the port, along the top row of cafes and shops.
There a lots of tables outside and in but expect to find them occupied as Umami can get very busy
They are open from 9am in the morning through to 5pm everyday apart from Monday.
