ℹ️ Can get busy but I don’t think you can reserve. Also expect some noise as it can be quite a vibrant place, especially if there is sport on.

🌧️ There is some inside space at Carambola

I love this place.

It’s not like anywhere else in Estepona. Expect friendly, welcoming staff that serve great value Venezuelan food like Empanadas, Arepas and Fried Chicken.

I got here a lot, sometime just for a light snack and other times for a full meal. I’ve always enjoyed it. If you’re looking for something different then you won’t be disappointed.

You have to experience Carambola!

I buy cheese and beef empanadas. I get home, the meat ones are chicken, I call, they tell me to take them and they will change them for me. It rains 40 liters per square meter, I miss getting soaked again since they are on a pedestrian street. I go the next day, they say that the exchange for the beef empanadas or the refund of the money cannot be done because 24 hours have already passed and they cannot put the empanadas that I return on sale. (I swear, the person responsible was so serious!). I go out and give them to my dog, who nibbles on them and leaves them. Don’t even go near this place/garito. At least the time left until it closes permanently or changes hands, because with these practices, I wouldn’t be surprised if the Health Department, or the City Council closes it due to capacity. End.
