🌧️ This restaurant is great for rainly days as it has plenty of inside seating areas.

☀️ A great location for when the weather is fine as it has a large area of outside space with views of the beach and sea.

Everything was perfect except for a waitress with short hair who came to piss me off, something unforeseen happened and she tells me, do you want the bill and we had to leave and she says my partner, we’re leaving and she tells us again, but what a hurry are you, I’ll pay when I I want the service, everything was very good except this lady exercised the right to pay and leave and she mentioned it to me up to three times, this man wants to leave saying to my companions, I am the owner and thank you to that woman, the rest everything was perfect

Been a few times so can’t be that bad but it’s a variable experience. Food is OK and my current poor experience is probably my own fault for expecting scallops as I would get at home. What arrived were tiny shellfish with no meat to speak of, at 5 euros each, for what they were I thought pricey. The service varies tremendously as well from really good to terrible. Will probably come again as I like the location and it can be a pleasant experience. Apparently I need to order peregrine’s if I want what I consider a scallop.

The Food

The food at El Pescador is generally good.

However on some occasions I have been a little disappointed with the quality.

If you like fish and seafood by the sea then El Pescador is a great choice.

The menu is mostly fish but you will find some meat and vegetarian choices.

The Location

One of the best locations in Estepona!

Situated right on the front Ikigai is in a great location.

Ikigai has plenty of tables outside beautifully made up with Hamian style parasoles

Very easy to get to

When the weather is great you’ll need to arrive early or make a reservation to ensure you get a table.
