I’ve been to this Mexican a couple of times and enjoyed it on both occasions.

The food is authentic Mexican and always served with a smile. The staff are a Mexican family and they’re always friendly and welcoming.

To complement the food they have a good selection of Mexican beers and Taquila. Highly recommended!

I love Mexican food and decided to visit after reading the reviews. The service is a mixed bag: the girls are super friendly, while the bartender seems like he’s been punished by having his Nintendo taken away. That said, he does make good frozen margaritas. He even made an effort to say a few words to us.
The food was frankly pretty average, bordering on mediocre. The enchiladas were reasonably priced, but the rest was clearly a rip-off. The cazuela was a complete joke.
In short, the food was pretty mediocre, the service depends on who you ask, and the prices are outrageous for what you get.

The Location

This Mexican restaurant is situated in a lovely square with a fountain.

You’ll find it at the end of Calle Real, the main street that runs across Estepona Old Town.

Lots of outside seating

Very easy to find, central location

They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Its often very busy so make sure you reserve a table before visiting.
