Set in the beautiful Plaza de las Flores, Avocado is mostly a tapas place but does offer other bigger dishes, cakes and Ice Creams too. The food is ok but you can find better in Estepona.

ℹ️ There is limited inside space although they do have quite a lot of covered tables outside so you’ll probably be ok even if it’s raining.

?Ice Cream is only available in the summer.

Avacodo is ok. Personally, I think the food, and sometimes the service lets it down.

They have a large selection of great-looking tapas. Unfortunately, they don’t always deliver on taste and enjoyment. The Tacos, for example, are actually just bad.

This place used to be called Vitin and was considerably better than it is now.

The best thing going for it is that it’s on the wonderful Plaza de las Flores which is a delightful place to sit regardless of how good the service and food. ?

Not worth going out of your way for.

Good food and very attentive service. The staff were very friendly and polite. The prices are also very reasonable for the area, which is appreciated since it’s not entirely geared towards foreigners like most restaurants in Estepona.

If you’re coming for the “vegetarian/vegan options,” I don’t recommend it. On top of there being very few options, what little there is, isn’t served fairly, and you’re not treated equally. It happened to me with the mini falafel burger; besides being tiny, very tiny, they didn’t even give you fries. And if you say anything, they tell you it’s not a burger, it’s falafel. They should put that on the menu. Not only is the price no lower, but it also costs them less money, and they discriminate against me by leaving me without fries.

Silvia and Esperanza gave us wonderful service, making it very easy for us to get a table without a reservation, and their attention was fantastic. The service was top-notch, very helpful, and always smiling.
The food was delicious and great value for money. Excellent location in Plaza de las Flores, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. We were so comfortable that we ended up having a few drinks. Avocado is a complete transformation of the old Vitin. It’s nothing like it used to be. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. 🙂 We’ll be back!

They have a nice ice cream selection in the summer. However, you can find better Ice Cream in Estepona.

The Location

This Café in the main square of Estepona, Plaza de las Flores.

It’s in a central location and very easy to walk to from most places in the town.

Lots of outside seating in a beautiful square
Some inside space
Covered tables that are sheltered from the sun and the rain.

They are open all day until midnight.

Siempre que voy me siento como en casa, la comida deliciosa , precios estupendo , calidad tanto en la comida como en el personal que trabaja allí . Lo recomiendo 100 por 100.
