☀️ Situated on the paseo it’s a lovely spot to catch some sun. For really hot days they also have seating on Calle Real which is a more shady street.
🌧️ There is inside space at O Melhor Croissant da Minha Rua so it’s a good place when it’s raining.

It’s a nice place in a great location. I’ve been a few times to have coffee and croissants here, as it’s one of my mother’s favourite places to go.
I’ve only tried to crossiants although they do offer Bocodillos (filled rolls) and ice cream too.
The croissants are freshly baked, and a good selection of sweet and savory fillings are available.
They’re quite big and always taste really good. The coffee is good too.
However, the one problem I have with this place is that even if you order a savory croissant, the actual croissant itself will be sweet—and this is a bit weird for my taste buds.
One for coffee and croissant lovers ! ☕️ 🥐

In case anyone doesn’t know, they’re vegan. No dairy.
How do they make them?
I have no idea, but they’re delicious!
The team is all very friendly and approachable, always with a smile.
You can tell they have a good connection. They’re always very pleasant, and we often go there with the kids for the plain, uncut ones 🙂
We ordered three croissants and one small Belen pastry, similar to those from Portugal. We also ordered three coffees with milk, one orange juice, and a pineapple and coconut smoothie.
Two croissants were filled with cheese and cooked ham, and another with Serrano ham, lamb’s lettuce, and cured cheese. Everything was delicious, and we really loved the place.
The total was €35, or €7 per person.
Top customer service and the ice cream, fresh croissants and fresh smoothies are very nice.
Would definitely recommend. 👍🏻
The Food
The food here is mostly croissants but you can get bocodillos and ice cream too.
It’s reasonably priced and the service here is good. You place your order at the counter and they’ll bring it over to you when it’s ready.
A nice place for breakfast however it’s busy all day so you can have croissants for dinners if you like.

The Location
O Melhor Croissant da Minha Rua is on the paseo so you can enjoy sitting amonst trees and plants with views of the beach and the sea.
There a lots of tables outside but it’s often busy.
