Ikigai is one of my favorite places to go for coffee and breakfast in Estepona. With its amazing location, high-quality food, and uplifting team, you’ll be sure to enjoy it, too!

It’s a good choice is you’re vegetarian or vegan as they have a few vegetable based options.

Ikigai is also my favorite place to enjoy a smoothie as they have a selection of some of the best smoothies in Estepona.

Highly Recommended!

Ikigai is very popular in Estepona; the food is all incredibly fresh, so expect plenty of avocado with every dish. They did forget the salmon with the avocado burger once (literally a whole avocado cut in half like a ball); salmon is the statement piece at Ikigai, though we pointed this out, resulting in us receiving one measly slice of salmon on a small plate, whereas all the other dishes are generously topped. Additionally, it is quite pricey for breakfast; you can’t just have breakfast here every day and still afford a day’s activities, lunch, and dinner.

Out of the eight days we were in the area, we probably ate here at least six times. Every drink and item we ordered was fresh and delicious.

The açaí bowl was especially a hit with our young one. Delicious!

It always looks fantastic and doesn’t disappoint on flavour.

The Location

One of the best locations in Estepona!

Situated right on the front Ikigai is in a great location.

Ikigai has plenty of tables outside beautifully made up with Hamian style parasoles

I have been there last summer, and I was extremely pleasantly surprised that I finally had a perfect coffee in Estepona.
The food, desserts, and drinks were absolutely incredibly tasty!
My daughter ate the best pancakes, and we enjoyed the sea view together!
I definitely recommend Ikigai wholeheartedly!

My first visit yesterday and I loved it. The servers are very friendly, the food is so very healthy and fresh and very well presented. The location is just perfect, almost on the beach. I would give 4/5 or 9/10 but the only reason I reserve top marks is the stalks were left on the strawberries in the porridge. Maybe they think it looks prettier but they are not edible so you have to put your fingers in your porridge to remove them.
The porridge was served with a soup spoon. This is not a complaint it is customer feedback.
I noticed there is a message on the bill stating tip not included. Its the first time I have seen this in Spain. The pricing is high end but the quality is worth it.
I will definitely be going back with friends.
